Terms and Conditions

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, properly vaccinated, tested, and treated for any intestinal conditions. Scarlett Rose Ranch Standard Poodles, hereby referred to as “breeder”, will provide health records for this puppy. This guarantee is applicable to the original purchaser for three days. If, within three (3) days after being delivered to the purchaser, the puppy is determined by a licensed veterinarian (breeder not responsible for veterinarian bills) to have any life-threatening illness or disease, the breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal value when available. Puppy must be returned to breeder with documented proof off said illness or disease within seven (7) days of purchase. (Breeder not responsible for transportation costs.) Breeder maintains no liability after the seven (7) day period expires.

This puppy is guaranteed to the original purchaser for one (1) year against hereditary or genetic diseases and two (2) years against hip dysplasia from the date of the purchase stated above. If the puppy is found to have serious, defined as physically debilitating or life-threatening or as otherwise determined by breeder, hereditary or genetic disease, breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal value when available. Documentation of said disease from a licensed veterinarian is required. Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of her choice to verify diagnosis before replacing puppy.

This puppy is not sold on a trial basis and cannot be returned for a refund. (____________)

It is agreed that you are committed to the puppy’s good health and well-being for the life of this dog. In the event you are unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, please contact breeder and attempts will be made to place the dog in a new home. Each situation will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Please be advised that we will always take our poodles back, but no refund in part or whole will be given. (_____________)

No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated above.  Size, weight, color, and behavior is not expressly or implicitly guaranteed.

Puppies are sold with AKC limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon by breeder.  I understand and agree this poodle is sold as a pet and may never be bred to any dog, regardless of breed. (________)

I understand by signing this agreement that I have entered into a legal and binding contract. I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
